Use the Remove All Parts from An R/O button to remove all the parts from a specific repair order. This feature is usually used when a repair order with parts already charged to it must be voided, but Service has been restricted from making changes to parts on repair orders. All parts are removed from the repair order and restocked to the correct inventory source.
Step 1. From the Parts Inventory menu, select Service Sales. The Service R/O Parts menu opens.
Step 2. Select Remove All Parts From An R/O.
Step 3. Type the repair order number in the R/O Number field.
Step 4. Use the Restock Parts field to indicate if you want to restock the parts. Type Y for yes or N for no.
Step 5. Click OK when prompted to verify you want to remove the parts.
