Once you've created side-by-side schedule sets, you can view and edit them by following these steps:
Step 1. While on the Create/Edit Side-by-Side Sets tab of the Side-By-Side Schedules screen, click the List Sets button. This button is only present if you or another user has already created side-by-side schedule sets.
|Note: The "List Sets" button label changes to "Schedules" when you're viewing the list sets. Clicking this button returns you to the full list of accounts.|
Step 2. The list of side-by-side sets that have been created displays on the right side of the screen.
Click a set from the list to display its accounts.
Step 3. Remove or edit any of the existing accounts included in the set as needed. You can also add to the set by clicking an account from the list on the right side of the screen.
Step 4. Click Save Set.
Step 5. The system asks you to verify that you wish to save the set. Click OK to continue.
|Note: If the set you're editing doesn't have a name assigned, when you edit the set and click Save Set, after you verify that you wish to save the set, the system will ask if you wish to name the set. Click Yes to name it, and type the name in the box above the Save Set button, or click No to leave it unnamed.|
