You can use the Delete button on the Utility Mailing List screen to remove a customer from the utility mailing list. This does not delete the customer from the system.
Step 1. From the Parts Inventory main menu, select Special Inventories. The Special Inventories & Maintenance menu opens.
Step 2. Select Wholesale Customers. The Wholesale Customers menu appears.
Step 3. Click Edit/Enter Mailing List. The Utility Mailing List screen opens.
Step 4. Enter the wholesale customer's Customer Number or click Search and search for the customer using the first letter of the customer's last name/primary name. The customer's information populates the screen.
Step 5. Click Delete.
Step 6. Click OK when prompted to verify you want to delete the record.
