Accounting Tip: First Payroll of 2018
Before doing a 2018 payroll, make sure that you close your payroll for 2017. Reports for 2017 will be accessible for a year.
The Special Tool Inventory menu is used to track tools. Once a tool is entered into the system, you can use this menu to sign parts in and out, and the system will track to whom the part was issued and the date the part was issued. This helps you keep track of the tools.
Access the Special Tool Inventory menu by following these steps:
Step 1. From the Parts Inventory main menu, select Special Inventories. The Special Inventories & Maintenance menu will open.
Step 2. Click Special Tool Inventory. The Special Tool Inventory menu will open.
As always the F1 key will give you access to the instructions to use the Special Tool Inventory menu.
|Note: Only users with the Dealer Principal role and appropriate permissions can make purchases using the Marketplace. Users without the necessary roles or permissions to make purchases through the tool can make requests for Autosoft solutions. Users with the Dealer Principal role can then review your purchase history and any internal requests made by other users.|
Simply click the Marketplace icon in the top-right corner of any Sales and F&I screen, and you’ll see all the apps available to you. You can add any of these to your cart, checkout, and get quick access your new app.
