After you've run the Declined Service Report, you can print mailing labels for correspondence with the customers listed in the report. (See "Running the Declined Service Report" for instructions for generating the report.)
Use the Print Labels option to print labels using label sheets (Avery SKU 5161) measuring 1 inch-by-4 inches. A page of labels is two labels wide, and 10 labels long.
Step 1. From the Service Writing main menu, click Followup & Marketing.
Step 2. Click Miscellaneous Lists on the Service Followup menu. The Miscellaneous Lists menu opens. If you have already run a Declined Service Report, the date of the report will be displayed on the screen.
Step 3. Click Print Labels.
Step 4. When prompted to verify your printer is ready, click to select the To Screen option to preview your labels on screen before printing them; however, you should print the labels using the To Printer option rather than printing them from the viewing screen. This will ensure your labels align correctly.
Step 5. After selecting your print criteria, click Print.
