|Important: For the Declined Service Report to function, the repairs must be checked as "declined" on the Close Service screen accessible from the Repair Orders menu. If the box is not checked, nothing will be sent to the report. To learn how to run the report, see "Running the Declined Service Report."|
Step 1. After running the Declined Service Report (see "Running the Declined Service Report" for step-by-step directions), while still on the Miscellaneous Lists menu (Service Writing main menu>Followup & Marketing>Miscellaneous Lists), click Print List.
Step 2. When prompted to verify your printer is ready, click to select To Printer to print the information or To Screen to view the information on your screen.
Step 3. Once you have selected your print criteria, click Print.
