The Active RO list in service can be accessed from not only the main Service menu, but also from the repair order screens.
Step 1. On any Repair Order screen, click the R/O List button.
Step 2. The Active ROs screen opens. Use the tabs across the top of the screen to sort the list.
You can also sort by clicking the column headers inside any of those tabs. For example, sort by repair order number (RO), writer number (WN), Date, Year, or Make. This allows a vast array of sorting possibilities.
Step 3. Once you find the repair order, you can right-click on it for a quick look at the conditions entered.
Step 4. Left-clicking on the repair order will populate the repair order screen with the repair order's information.
