Create a Customer Email list in Rep Gen

Autosoft -

Customer email list

Step 1. Service main menu


Step 2. Reports & Updates


Step 3. Report Generator box on lower right of screen


Step 4. Customer List (next button)


Step 5. Check all the boxes for the information you wish to compile including email address


Step 6. Next button


Step 7. Build Report/Save as CSV Hit OK


Step 8. Message will appear Your report was exported to C:|\ASIP\Report.csv


Step 9. Click on Open and the list will appear in Excel


Step 10. At this point you will need to remove the blank email addresses using the filter function in Excel
