Print to Screen Not Working Properly

Autosoft -

Print to Screen process will not pull information to PDF file on screen


Step 2. Go to Windows Start button


Step 3. Devices and Printers


Step 4. Right click on the Amyuni Document Converter go to Properties
(If Amyuni printer is not there run the Client Update from Autosoft Applications in the programs list)


Step 5. Click on the Ports Tab at to of box


Step 6. Scroll down to end of list and make sure NUL port is checked


Step 7. Exit all programs and reboot PC


Step 8. Retry Print to Screen function
