The following steps are commonly used if a financial statement update is run and the financial statement still lists the wrong date.
Step 1. Begin to run the financial statement update again by clicking on the Accounting on the FLEX DMS startup menu.
Step 2. Click Reports & DOC's on the Dealership Accounting main menu.
Step 3. Click Financial Statement.
Step 4. Click Software Update and initiate the update.
Step 5. When asked for the drive path, make sure the correct path is entered.
Step 6. If the correct path is not there, correct it or browse to the correct path.
