Ten Ways to Get Help in Your DMS

  1. Click: Get help directly within FLEX DMS by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard. It will display the Help page containing a description of every field and button, and step-by-step directions for performing tasks on the screen.
  2. Read: From the FLEX DMS Main Screen, you can access the FLEX DMS Help Center link to download PDFs of your user application manuals. From FLEX F&I, click the Online Help link.
  3. Watch: Get on-demand videos right inside the DMS by clicking the FLEX DMS Help Center link in the bottom right corner of the Main Menu, or from FLEX F&I, click the Online Help link.
  4. Participate: Register for free online learning webinars geared toward specific functions within your department at autosoftdms.com/webinars. Look through webinar archives at autosoftdms.com/webinar-archives.
  5. Chat: Use our online chat feature for quick resolutions to common issues. Click in the "Chat with us" box in the bottom-right of the Help Center and type your message to begin a chat.
  6. Email: Email us at support@autosoftdms.com with your questions, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 
  7. Link: View important updates on the Autosoft News Feed on your DMS startup menu. Click the links to see more details. In FLEX F&I, click the Online Help link.
  8. Learn: Get customized, on-site or remote training for your new or recently promoted employees. Call us at 800.473.4630 or email learning@autosoftdms.com to create your customized training event. 
  9. Search: Utilize the Help Center knowledge base filled with helpful articles, videos, manuals, and more. In fact, all these resources are there for you! Bookmark the Help Center.
  10. Call: Our Customer Success team is waiting for your call! Simply dial 800.473.4630 and choose option 1 for the Autosoft Customer Success Center.
