Addressing Schedule Posting Problems

If you find that your schedule is not posting properly, that your transactions post to the general ledger but do not appear in the schedule, follow these steps to address the issue:

Step 1.  Verify that the AASCW.dat file is in your Autosoft drive's AD folder.

Step 2. You'll need to resequence the detail forward schedule. To do so select Utilities from the Dealership Accounting main menu. 

Step 3. The Utilities menu will open. Click Miscellaneous Maintenance

Step 4. From the Miscellaneous Maintenance menu, select Resequence Detail Forward Schedule

Step 5. A pop-up will ask you to verify that you want to resequence. Click OK to continue. 

If the schedule still does not show your transaction or transactions, force the entries to the ~FB control and create a journal entry to correct.
