If you're looking for a parts deviation report listing by repair order or counter slip any reduction in parts' sale pricing by advisors or counterpeople/managers, you can access this information within the Daily Parts Sales Summary. This report will provide information only on the parts that were sold from your inventory that day. Autosoft currently does not have a report tracking monthly price adjustments.
To access the report, follow these steps:
Step 1. From the Parts Inventory main menu, select End of Day.
Step 2. The Daily Counter Sales Update menu will open. Click Daily Parts Sales Summary.
Step 3. The system will prompt you to verify that your printer is ready. Select To Printer to print a hardcopy of the report or To Screen to view a PDF version of the report on screen.
Step 4. Click Print. At the end of the report, a section labeled "Change Audit Trail" will list any changes made to parts pricing for the day.
